WHO MAY ATTEND THE REUNION ? All former employees, family, and friends of Pan American Airways (1927-91) are welcome .
WHO IS THE ORGANIZER OF THIS EVENT ? Pan Amigo News is the main organizer of the reunion. In addition there are representatives of various established PAA groups and organization in addition to individuals participating in the organization and venue activities.
MUST I REGISTER FOR THE REUNION TO ATTEND ONLY ONE OR TWO EVENTS? Yes.
DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE HOST HOTEL?. no, you do not have to stay at the host hotel, however, it is advised as many activities are based there.
IS THERE TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT MIA OR FLL TO COCONUT GROVE? With people coming from all over the world, it is best to arrange your own transportation such as shuttle or taxi.
WHAT IF I WANT TO COME A DAY EARLY AND MAYBE STAY A DAY LATER? The host hotel rate is availible from Oct 20 - 24th, 2011.
IS THERE PARKING.? Yes, Marriott is offering a special rate for guests. and there is also plenty of on street parking availible.
ARE THERE OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA ASSOCIATED WITH THE REUNION .? Yes, we have rates at neighbor hotels once the host hotel is full .
WILL THERE BE DINNER SERVED AT THE HANGAR EVENT? The Hangar event is planned to allow maximum interaction among attendees. It is not a sit down dinner. There will be plenty of cocktails, music and delectible food. Working with designers, this timeless building will be transformed, and Dinner Key will once again have the Pan Am spirit.
